Return Policies
Harley James Cosmetics is dedicated to customer satisfaction. We believe you will be happy with your purchase. But, if your purchase does not fulfill your needs because of a defective product, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact us within 7 days of receipt to receive instructions on returning your purchase. Please note that because of the natural ingredients and essential oils, products may shift in color and texture slightly. This is normal and will not affect the product's performance.
The following conditions apply:
- Shipping is non-refundable
- Unused/defective product must be returned to us within 7 days after you contact us regarding the return.
- Returns are accepted in situations of defective products.
- Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund
- Refunds are given in the same form of payment received.
Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from Harley James Cosmetics is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. We ship using UPS and according to zones. For orders over $150 we offer FREE shipping within the contiguous United States. All items will be shipped insured. In most cases, and if we have the product in stock, we ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday PST.
